Returns & Refund Policy 

All Sales are Final on Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's change or mind or ordering the incorrect item, expectation results, improper use or no longer needing the item. Please review item description, suitability, images and sizing carefully before purchasing. 

Returns and refunds are issues are only accepted if: 

-The item arrived damaged or defective or EB Equine sent you the wrong item ordered by mistake.

-We are notified within 48 hours of delivery.

-Photo or video evidence is provided.

-The item remains unused and in original packaging. 

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for any approved returns:

-The items must be unused

-The item must be in original packaging

-All tags and protective materials must be intact

-The item must be returned within 7 days of approval

Hygiene & Safety Policy

For health, hygiene and biosecurity reasons:

Red light therapy or clothing items that have been:

-Used on animals or humans

-Opened and assembled

-Removed from protective packaging 

Are not eligible for return or refund

This ensures the safety and quality of all products for our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective: 

-Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

-Provide clear photo or video evidence

-Keep all original packaging.

If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement or appropriate resolution. 

Shipping Costs

-Original shipping fees are non-refundable

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

-We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days after inspection.
